Hi everybody, looking for a bedroom to rent, working as a waiter/bartender, needing simple access (line running all night), to 14st Union Sq (as for example there is a lot in this area).
I can visit this week-end and all next week to move in on 9th or 10 on November. It has to be a Sunday and preferably a Monday
Among everything, I look to share the place with well-educated people and “serious” (but I love joking too!) If we get along that is the cherry on the cake. I'm not a cleaning addict but I like to live in a clean environment.
I smoke (only cigarettes AND ALWAYS OUTSIDE - I try to quit - and enjoy having some beers sometimes). I am curious of everything, love sports, culture and I am easy going.
M42, +/- $1000 budget. Open to make a team "hunting" but a bit on rush.
