Bedrooms are separated from the rest of the house by a privacy door & short hallway. They share a semi-private bath NOT shared with the house. Rooms have added sound proofing in the walls.
Each room is furnished with a king or queen bed, dresser, and has a 46" TV with ad-free Netflix and access to an extensive media library.
Large open kitchen w/ granite counter tops. Full access to kitchen, living, and dining rooms. Each tenant has their own full sized refrigerator located in the garage. 2 clothes washers and 3 dryers make for a mini laundry mat. Smoking outside or in the garage is OK. Small pets are OK. All the free range eggs you can eat.
