Hi there! I'm a creative, organized, LGBTQ+ USAF member and student looking for a responsible and kind roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment (1420 sqft or larger depending on our budgets) just steps from Brackenridge Park. Since I am already an established resident at my complex, you’d only need to pay a $50 application fee—no deposit or lease transfer! We’d move into a larger floor plan in the same complex with no hassle. I am currently living in the best complex I have ever lived in and will not be open to relocating to a different complex.
