Semi retired male with 2 Aussie rescues (no pets please).Ex professional in Product Development, Contracting and Operations management.Home is located in a quiet neighborhood right outside 270 in Powell (Western Hills) - 5 minutes from 315, 270 and Sawmill rd. Busline close with a park and ride.
Driveway parking, utilities, wifi, streaming services, private bath, kitchen (with amenities including airfryer and espresso), some storage etc included in rent. Possible garage use when weather gets cold. Have options as far as the room - upstairs or downstairs. The home has nice areas including a large deck. Looking for a responsible tenant that is clean and takes care of the place. 420 friendly (outside deck area) and very light alcohol use if any, no tobacco please.
Me - music, concerts and festivals, yoga teacher, fitness, food, riding and Aussie rescues.
