The duplex is located near the corner of Powell and 82nd Ave, close to WinCo. The duplex is a two story, three room, one and a half bath, with small kitchen, in-home laundry, a small back patio area, and a garage with some storage space. Both bedrooms are located upstairs along with an office, and a shared full bathroom with the laundry units in it.
The room for rent is a decent sized room with a full closet and a west facing window. Parking on the street.
Rent is $1,500 with utilities included (w/s/g, Internet, electricity, gas). Deposit negotiable for the right candidate. $55 application fee that will be applied towards first rent for the person who signs the lease.
We will start with a 6 month lease to make sure it's the right fit.
Rent+ deposit due before move in.
Ideal candidates should be employed, a singular person (no couples or dependents), no pets or minimal small pets, not a heavy drinker (420 friendly but not in the house).
