Living in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Headon Forest. Current roommate of 7 years has decided to move out, so I’m hoping to find a roommate, as the rent is cheap (rent controlled) and finding another place would be too costly at this moment in time. I’d rather hold onto this place for the price it is currently.

I’m a working professional, with a commute to Milton from Burlington. I’m quiet, clean and organized. When I’m home, I’m often just in my room doing work, and I’m lowkey when it comes to having house guests over (very rare). I do cook, so I’m not a stranger to the kitchen, and will actively ensure things are clean and working order. I’m mindful of shared spaces, and respect others’ privacy. Bills are always paid on time, current landlord doesn’t want me to leave, as she values the responsibility, care and trust what I’ve built here the last 7 years.
