Need a roommate for a 2bd/1br duplex

I've got a bedroom opening at my current place in Teele Square in Somerville on June 1st. You'll be signing onto a 1 year lease starting then. Only the first month & deposit are required at signing ($1100 a month plus another $1100 for the deposit). Utilities (gas, electric, and internet) usually run around $100-$200 per month per person variant from summer to winter. You'll have convenient access to the MBTA Red Line (~15 minutes on foot to Davis), as well as the 77/87/88/89 buses.

This is a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom unit, which is the second floor of a duplex. Access to the building is only available by a flight of stairs. We have a dishwasher, an in-unit washer/dryer, and central radiator heating ( no central AC; you'll definitely want a window mounted one). We also have a front and back porch for storage; the lot also has a small backyard with space to store things like bikes. The apartment is generally in good shape; the landlord lives in the 1st floor and is very responsive. No pets, unfortunately. I'm planning to take over the master bedroom, so you'll get the second bedroom as well as use of the office. My roommate is taking most of the furnishings with him when he moves out, but I'm planning to purchase replacements. Parking is only on the street by permit.
