Looking for someone to join my lease!! My current roomie of almost 2 years is leaving for grad school so I’m looking for someone to fill her space in May!
I work in digital marketing, am originally from the south but getting close to being able to call myself a true New Yorker (been here for almost 4 years!) I’m pretty outgoing and love to go to nice restaurants and bars, but when I’m home you’ll find me cuddled up with my dog Maple watching RHONJ or BH or hitting the dog park for hours. During the summer this area is like magic! We also have a pool in the building where I like to spend a lot of time at working on my tan.
I like things to be clean and not too cluttered - keep things separate, maybe hire a housekeeper once a month has been a really good way to avoid typical any resentment or arguing between people!

I’ve lived in this apartment for almost 2 years and absolutely love the building and this area! We get amazing natural light, a lovely view, washing on the 2nd floor, and the building has a pool! You do technically get a tiny 3rd roomie with a ton of personality - my dog Maple :) she’s the best welcome home! She loves people and other dogs so pets are welcomed! I’m flexible with the living space furniture and we have so many closets for storage which is probably one of the biggest selling points of this apt in my opinion.
