We're looking for a friendly and responsible housemate to join our home (huge 4 bedroom house) to replace a roommate who is moving in with someone elsewhere.

- Large private bedroom with private ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.
- Monthly rent: $1,120
- Utilities split among tenants.
- Move-in deposit: 1 month rent ($1,120)

**House Details:**
- Shared common areas include a huge living room, fully equipped kitchen with island, extra office space, and dining room.
- In-unit washer & dryer, garage, backyard, front-yard, driveway, and carport.
- Pet-friendly environment!

**Location:**
- Located in South Austin off of S. Lamar & Menchaca, close to downtown.
- Easy access to key amenities, including public transportation, grocery stores, and restaurants.
- A great neighborhood with friendly neighbors.

**House Rules:**
- No strict house rules, but we do appreciate keeping the common areas and shared amenities clean.
- Guests are welcome, just let your roommates know if they'll be staying for an extended period.
