Four Bedroom with One Room available between Fordham University and Arthur Ave/Little Italy
4 bedroom unit with one bedroom available, just a short few seconds walk from Fordham University and right around Little Italy. About 10 minutes from the Fordham Metro-North, which gets to Grand Central/42nd in 20 minutes, as well as 15 minutes from the B/D and 4 trains, and 2/5 trains. Old pre-war 2nd floor walk up with four bedrooms, kitchen, full bath, dining room and spacious living room with high ceilings and a lot of natural light. Dining room has been temporarily turned into a music room/practice space. All in, it's 800 dollars per month per room, including utilities (water, electric, gas), with separate bill for our WiFi. Current roommates are students and working in NYC.
