The townhome:
A 216 sq. ft. bedroom with a double closet, a south facing window that includes a reading seat with ample natural light. This bedroom is available in a large, 2200 sq. ft. 4 bedroom 3 bath townhome in KCMO.
The bedroom is available furnished or unfurnished. A shared full bath, with tub/shower is located directly across the hall. There is also an additional half bath located in the entryway. We have a large eat in kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, living room, family room, washer & dryer, a private patio, central AC, Internet, etc. Great street and visitor parking. Utilities (water, trash, sewage, Internet) are included in the lease. Gas and electric are split evenly among tenants.
The location:
The townhome is located near I-435 & Wornall, with easy access to I-435. It is 10 min from Waldo, 10 min from Town Center, and 15 min to the Plaza and UMKC. It is located near some great bicycle riding trails that go for miles.
