Hello! I am a 30 year old high school History teacher. I moved to Houston for grad school and am planning on moving to Philadelphia in July 2023 so the room is available until then. I am very friendly and easy going and I am pretty quiet and tend keep to myself. I do not have parties or constant visitors. I don't drink very often and like to keep a drug free home. This apartment is in Montrose but walking distance to Midtown and the Museum District. It is very close to many restaurants, bars, parks, and grocery stores. It is a small apartment complex with six units and it is a very old building so it definitely has its charm! The room available is unfurnished but has an AC unit and a heater and a very large closet. There is a shared bath with plenty of storage space and a large kitchen with a gas stove.
