My name is Bennett, I'm a nurse on the UES and am looking for a short term lease/sublet starting in August through end of November (dates are flexible). I'm looking for a studio or 1 bedroom with a budget of $3000 or less. It would be great to find something in the UES to be close to work but I'm open to all neighborhoods in Manhattan. I have no pets and like to keep a clean house. I work night shift so most of the time I'll either be sleeping during the day or at work.
