I recently graduated from UT Austin and currently working as a project engineer. I am out at work most of the day Monday through Friday.
I like exploring Austin and trying new stuff. I also have a patio where I expect to have friends over for BBQ etc… I like going hiking, going out for restaurants and drinks, and have the occasional chill at home Netflix type of thing..
I would love having a roommate who also enjoys all that stuff, but I am totally fine if you are not into this and will not have loud guests or be bothering you at all. I am very clean and organized and expect my roommate to be the same.

This is a beautiful 2x1 townhouse in a great community. Spacious living and dining room, lots of windows and natural lights, outdoor patio with grill, beautiful kitchen, washer/dryer in-unit, assigned parking and community pool, tennis court and dog park. The townhouse is 1 min away from HEB, 10 mins from the domain, 15 mins from downtown (with no traffic), and lots of restaurants nearby! The bathroom will be shared but I will be very clean and expect my roommate to be clean as well.
All common area will be furnished, the room will be unfurnished. I am almost done with getting the house furnished. Utilities will be split.
