Quality Roomates Wanted

Renting rooms is a business for me. First and foremost, I'm looking for quality tenants. I do vet my tenants, so a criminal history check and proof of income is required. I have two rooms available, one has a private bath. Upstairs has its own furnished loft, 65'' TV with streaming aps on me, new washer/dryer and new cabinetry in wash room. Currently trying to build a home gym and landscape the backyard. Two dogs currently here so no more pets permitted. Two is enough, sorry.

The house is 2450 Sq foot, completely furnished in the shared spaces. Bedrooms are unfurnished.
