Hi! I am helping my brother look for a person to fill in the spare room. He got a job offer in another state and will be moving. He is subletting for the remainder of the lease which will end November 1, 2024. There are currently 2 male roommates living in the other 2 rooms. They are both friendly and do their own thing. They both work full time and is a student as well so they are looking for a respectful roommate that will keep the noise levels down and respect each other.
