Peaceful Glendale Home
This house is located in the quite neighborhood of Glendale.
My neighbors all respect and look out for each other. This home is 2,000 sq ft and has 3-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, with a washer and dryer inside. There is a full backyard that you are welcomed to use.
Your room has a walk-in closet, and your bathroom is the common area restroom, so I just ask that you keep it clean.
I have a fridge inside the house and a spare in the garage so we can discuss food arrangements.
Given that I do work from home, every bedroom is already equipped with internet cabling.
I do have 2 small dogs, so I ask that you please treat them as if they were your own. I do periodically host social gatherings but when I do it is on the weekends, and you are welcomed to join.
If you would like overnight guests, I am more than happy to discuss that with you.
