I'm a very laid back guy, but very busy. So I'm not really home much. But I like to watch movies, play video games, and cook good food. I also love exotic cats and I have some.
The room I have is available Oct 24th!
We are young professionals looking to rent out a large private room. The room has it's own closet, however the bathroom is shared between you and only one other person, who is very clean.
Me and my other roommate (both males) are very laid back and easy to get along with : ) Rent is $685 all bills paid, and we have super high speed wireless internet with unlimited usage. There is even a washer and dryer inside the apartment. I am looking for someone to stay a minimum of 8 months, but you can stay longer if you wish. A lease agreement will need to be signed.
There is a $80 application fee and a $100 admin fee in which a criminal background check will be performed, no felonies, broken leases, nor evictions, and must be employed. And the refundable deposit is only $300!
The Galleria area is central to every major spot in the city of Houston, and has been reported on as being one of the top 10 most desirable neighborhoods to live in the whole United States. The area has an extremely vast array of stylish and unique bars, restaurants, and clubs all within walking distance from the actual apartment complex. This is the best deal in town, and the room will go fast!
