I work a lot and own a small business here in the area. I’m currently going through a separation and looking for a calm, stable place nearby while I rebuild and figure out the next chapter. I have children who may occasionally visit, though they primarily live with their mom.

I’m outgoing but relaxed, clean without being obsessive, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to get along with. I value honesty, communication, and a low-drama environment. Most of my time is spent working, and I’m generally pretty quiet at home outside of normal day-to-day life.

I’m hoping to find a comfortable, stable living situation with good people during a transitional period in life.
