I’m an incoming grad student who will be commuting to The East Cut so I’m looking for a place that’s not too far away. I have a cat who will be joining me who is really shy and doesn’t mess around. I’m a really cool person who respects boundaries. If we ever get into a conflict, I’d like to resolve the matter ASAP for the each of our well being. Definitely don’t mind hanging out together occasionally.
