wassup! im stasia, im looking to start a new lease with 1 other person in the san fernando/santa clarita area. i already live in the area, just looking to move(: im not in a rush or have a specific date, so hopefully we can find one that works for both of us! id love to find a 2bd 2ba so we can have our own room and bathroom, but im open to living with multiple other people if you wanted to share a room with someone or find a 3bd or something! but i would like my own room and bathroom lmao. but im not looking to live with a couple

i work and go to school, but i also like to stay home and chill. im hoping to find someone with a compatible lifestyle and habits so we can both feel relaxed at home!

-i have a cat and several snakes, so i understand some people arent comfortable with that. my cat is very fearful of other cats, so unfortunately im looking for someone without a cat or dog :(

-i do work nights, so im hoping to find someone who doesnt work early mornings so we dont interrupt eachothers sleep schedules

-hoping to find someone who also likes to have an open sink and unloads the dishwasher within a reasonable amount of time so we can both use either whenever we need to!

-hoping to find someone who isnt heavy handed with slamming doors and objects
