I am pretty tidy in the common areas and in my room. I like to hangout and chill in the living room as well as meet people (your people!). I'm down for good time at the beach, at a cheap bar, or just a nice hike. I grew up with 2 little brothers and an older sister so not a stranger to sharing. I have lived with strangers and best friends before and haven't had many problems and even keep in touch with a few of them. If you correct me one time on an issue it won't happen again :) Just excited to meet people really.
