Hi! My roommate, Mai, and I have a bedroom opening up in our first-floor, sizable Bushwick apartment!
About the room - Large enough to fit a king-sized bed. One closet in the room and backyard access.
About the apartment - Kitchen is stocked with pots/pans/etc and a living room with a TV with all the fixings (Youtube TV, HBO Max, Hulu, Metrograph, etc). There's laundry in the building in the basement! You'll be sharing a bathroom with me as Mai has her own bathroom in her bedroom.
Location - We're ~5 minutes away from the Myrtle Broadway JMZ and some buses. There's a ton of amenities here, with supermarkets, bars, clubs, stores, etc.
About us - We're two 26-year old professionals. We're clean, calm, and communicative (Aquarius and Cancer for context!). It's a chill vibe here and we'd prefer to keep it that way! We're not interior design oriented, so if you want to re-decorate/add, we're flexible! There's also a cat, Olive, who is the cutest and the cuddliest, but does not do well with other animals.
About you - We're looking for someone who's also clean and communicative, with no pets. We'd be signing a new lease together, so you'd need to submit an application to the landlord and credit check, etc.
