Ian S - $1,300/month

I just graduated from school majoring in Film. I've always wanted to live outside of Georgia, and I had originally planned for LA, and New York was never really thought about. After a recent visit (my first visit actually) I found the environment and culture to be much more what I am looking for. I appreciate the hustle and the sense of community the city has and look forward to living there.

I currently work for Apple and plan on transferring my job to NY. I am driven to network and work my way into the film industry as well as am planning to write and direct two short films for this coming year.

I tend to stay up late as that's when I get most of my work done, but I tend to keep in my room and on my computer. I am very technically inclined and love technology as well as art of all forms (especially analyzing films). I am the general nerd, my interests vary in all things including music, film, and other subculture things like anime or sneakers and streetwear.

I am looking to move to NY in May/June
