Craftsman style cottage with cathedral ceilings available in Symrna/Vinings area.

Two rooms open in 3/3:
1. Enormous Master with private bath and walk-in closet as big as a small room (my wife said she will miss this part the most). (1,600/mo)
2. Large upstairs room w access to open loft area and mostly private bath. (1,200/mo)

Either will also pay for half of utilities (Full elec/H2O/gas runs ~300/mo)

I live in FL but work at Tech, so I’ll stay in a small 3rd upstairs bed 2-3 nights/week (TWR), otherwise, it's just the renters.

Amenities:
- Granite counters in kitchen, stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer will be purchased, garage parking, dining room for office or extra space.
- Lawn care included, access to pool, tennis courts, trails, clubhouse (HOA community).
- Fenced back yard, Adirondack chairs around fire pit, and gazebo over patio. Also amazing next door neighbors.
