My husband and I are looking for a clean hardworking individual to rent our master bedroom upstairs. You will have your own private bathroom. Access to the entire main level of the house, we ask that the area is kept clean as it is a high traffic area. You will have your own shelf in the pantry and access to the refrigerator in the garage for food storage, access to the kitchen. We are looking for someone to move into the room by 12/15 or by the end of the month, all utilities are split evenly between all tenants. The other tenants hang out in their rooms most of the time and play video games when they get home so it is mostly just my husband and I that hangout in the living room, although it is available to everyone to enjoy.
