I am a single professional female looking to rent a room in a house/condo/townhome. I am quiet and not home much. I have a small lab retriever mix that is super friendly. Currently we live in an apartment and lease is upon for renewal. They raised the rent and I would prefer to move somewhere that will allow me to save money. I have been a homeowner 2x and would like to eventually buy a house again. I have lived with roommates before and have been told I am easy to get along with and very clean. My preference would be a female about mid-40's or older.
