Hi!! I just signed a lease on a 2 bed (flex) apartment in a highrise doorman building in FiDi! The lease starts Oct 8th and am looking for a roommate to fill that second spot :) if you cant move until after the 8th we can still make it work im sure!
I want to find a roommate that I can be friends with since I will be new to the city and dont know many people. looking for someone who is respectful and easy to get along with. my friends all consider me super laidback and one of the most go with the flow people to exist haha! I also have the cutest dog ever, her name is Camden, she is 10lbs and hypoallergenic!
Costs:
$1575/month (plus security deposit & electric &wifi)
would need to reimburse me for costs already paid (first month if you move in october, security deposit, and cost of flex wall)
Apartment Info:
*info about flex walls: do not go to the ceiling bc of building restriction but will be putting up foam/insulation boards to block light and sound between rooms. walls are going up oct 6th, will have more videos and pictures then. walls are going to have some shelving built into them but will still have flat walls too*

FiDi flex 2 apartment!
Hi! Ive just signed a lease on a great apartment in Fidi and l am looking for a roommate to join me! Moving in October 2nd or later. Rent is 1600/month plus paying electricity and wifi. There was a brokers fee and cost for the flex wall, so help for that would also be great!!
Room fits a queen sized bed plus other furniture! Living room is still spacious and currently unfurnished. Mini breakfast bar off the kitchen too!
Im a laidback and go with the flow girl who likes going out or staying in and always down for whatever! I have the cutest little dog named Camden (she is hypoallergenic and a ball of energy). I def want to find a roommate to move in with me that I can be friends with and hang out with! I dont know too many people in the city yet so a new friend would be ideal!
