- I'm a professional musician- I gig around the city, tour around the world (sometimes), write, record, and teach
- Very into fitness and wellness- weightlifting, yoga, clean eating, meditation, etc...
- I practice regularly but not too loud, and I play nice stuff (not aggressive music)
- I like a clean space- clean floors, surfaces, bathrooms, and personal belongings in their place. I understand that life can get in the way, so i'm not a militant about it and I don't mind picking up slack, as long as there is a general agreement that we're always trying to keep the default state of the apartment totally clean
- I hang out with friends and go to shows somewhat regularly, but I like my alone time to recharge and do my work
- I lived in a student co-op with about 40 people in college, so I understand and appreciate the merit of cooperative living and teamwork to maintain a space
