I'm a 26 year old female with a small potty trained dog. I've had her for 4 years. I'm a full-time student at Miami Dade College and Waitress at Schnebly's Winery in Homestead, FL. I am currently looking for a new place because the owner of the room I'm renting needs the room for her son to move back into due to financial issues on his end. I'm clean and organized. I expect privacy and cleanliness I don't drink or smoke. Not looking for a "4/20 friendly" living situation at all. My boyfriend comes to visit every few months from Savannah, Georgia. We alternate every month for visits for one weekend. Other than that, I would not have any overnight guests.
