Hello! My name is Carlo and I've been renting a beautiful 5 bed/4 bath house in Gunbarrel, CO (North Boulder) for the past 4 years with 2 friends.

One of those friends just moved out, so we're looking for a new roomie.

Looking for new roommate for beautiful 5 bed/4 bath house in North Boulder

Hi! I'm looking for a new roommate for my current rental house. It has 5 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, 3300 sq-ft, and a big fenced-in backyard.

You'll have your own basement bedroom and bathroom (full bathroom with shower) / basement is fully finished, and an office on the 2nd floor. The basement has a few big bay windows, so you'll get plenty of natural light (see pics).

In total there will be 3 people living in the house. Living room is fully furnished.

Rent is $1200/person + utilities (avg. $170/month additional per person).

Lease officially begins July 1, but the room is open now.

* Lots of natural light
* Upstairs shower includes tub
* Plenty of parking in front of the house (in neighborhood)
* 10min drive from downtown Boulder, 15-20min from Longmont
* 2min drive or 10m walk to Soopers
* Open to all genders as long as you’re cool and communicate well!
* No pets, unfortunately
* Landlord is the home owner and is a great guy (he doesn't live here)
