Edward J - $450/month

Hi I'm Edward and I am a 42 year old male with a small white terrier. I grew up in Colorado but have lived all over the country and have been in Texas since 2020. Currently live in New Caney and my current rental is up in September. I am seeking a pet friendly HOUSE for myself my dog and some fish. If you also have pets my dog is great with other dogs and cats. I would prefer to live with a woman as I just get along better with them and my budget is around $500. I do have quite a bit of things (mostly in plastic containers) but no furniture beyond a tv stand and a couple side tables that hold fish tanks (bettas and Danios) so if I need to buy a bed I can. If there's not really any room for all my stuff I can certainly look into a storage unit. Ideally I would like to live in either the woodlands, spring, humble, new caney, or porter but I'm open to other areas if I meet the right person. I would like to meet in public at least twice before signing anything once as a general meet and greet with my/our dog/s and another to perhaps have lunch and see if we are compatible roommates. I would obviously also like to see the place before moving in. I understand I'm not offering to make you rich but $500 is my budget. I don't smoke drink do drugs or party and I'm generally a quiet person. I'm not in a relationship and if I did start dating someone I would definitely ask for your permission before inviting them over.
