I am originally from the Kingdom of Eswatini (Swaziland) in Southern Africa. Originally moved from Africa to Washington DC for work in 2013 and to the Denver area in Jan 2021. I work with an international development non-profit based in DC, working with women around the world who are taking on the world's greatest challenges such as gender-based violence, climate justice to economic inequities. I work remotely and travel for work from time to time.

This is a new build freestanding home on 3 levels. I moved in at the beginning of July 2022.
An unfinished basement which has a spacious exercise area and lots of storage space.
On the ground level is a double garage, guest toilet, light and airy large open-plan living / dining / kitchen area, with a pantry and an office as well as a back patio and small backyard facing the foothills.
On the upper level are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large sunny loft area, a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The room that is available has a walk in closet and its bathroom has a shower / tub
What I love about living in Sterling Ranch is the location. It's a relatively new housing development surrounded by farmlands with horses, cattle and the occasional llama. Its a 3 minute drive to Atlas coffee shop / Grist brewery, a 4 min drive to the shops at Roxborough which include a Safeway, a gym, a bunch of restaurants and a gas station
There's a bike lane right outside my front door. There are multiple walking paths and cycling routes very close by. It's an 8 minute drive into Chatfield State Park.
It's a quiet neighborhood with easy access to so much variety.
