I don’t drink or smoke or 420, I’m very anti drugs & smoking. Don’t mind if you drink, but too much, like getting tipsy & buzzed at the bar, is probably not a fit. If you’re a big nightclub guy, you better be quiet when you come home!
We need to have some things in common and enjoy each other’s company. Since the place is fairly small, it works much better if we’re friends and like to do stuff occasionally. We’re 1 mile from Balboa Park, let’s go to the Zoo or take a bike ride, or check out one of the 30 restaurants in our neighborhood.
