Amanda L - $2,400/month

I'm Amanda. I'm moving to NYC this summer in May/June and want to sign a one year lease for a 2br/1b. I'll be working in Midtown East and want to live within 20 minutes of commuting. I'm aiming for <$2000 a month all in. I work in office most of the day during the week and want to come home to a quiet space. I'd like to go out on the weekends, and am down for hosting hangouts but not parties. I have a cat named Molly who is very sweet and elderly.
