I am a full-time doctoral student looking for housemates with a similarly quiet and busy lifestyle. I have a lease in Waltham that could be renewed provided there were housemates to fill rooms, or I am open to finding a new place that fit into my budget. I would be interested to see options closer to Boston but with relatively easy public transportation to my university. I have furniture and appliances for public spaces.
