Unit is a shared 4 BR home with 2 other people, we are best friends who both work Mon-Fri, each in our own bedroom. The final bedroom is a shared guest room/office. Single story home with all hardwood, garage, backyard, washer/ dryer, dishwasher and heat (no A/C).
Quiet and safe residential neighborhood with plenty of street parking available. Kitchen and living room fully furnished.
