We are three males looking for another guy to move into our townhouse ASAP.
The room has a private bathroom with shower, and your own private patio with a grill.
Great location near everything.
Extremely good and fast Wi-Fi. It's 5G and fiber.
This is a great place to call home. No drugs and nothing crazy happening, of course you are welcome to have a friend over to hang out.
Always up for movie night. There is prime video and Max.
There's a washer and dryer in the home..
There's a nice park across the street.
No drugs please but if you smoke just do it outside.
Ideally looking for a guy who was easygoing and open-minded and can get along well with people of different ages and backgrounds.
You can move in anytime but definitely looking for someone who can move in on December 1st.
