3 bed 1.5 bath, right off the Jefferson L stop (2 minute walk to the stop, making for the easiest commute into the city), right next so many restaurants, coffee shops, thrift stores, 24 hour grocery shops, and bars and right across from Maria Hernandez Park 🍸☕️🪴🛍️
The apartment is 2 floors, and has a large shared living area.
Best parts about the place:
In unit AC/Heat in every room ❄️
Renovated Kitchen with Dishwasher
Laundry is shared in building but basically in unit bc it’s right outside our door and easy to use with an app (no quarters!)🧼
Landlord is great about having someone come the next day to fix any issue. 🔧
Access to spacious backyard 🌷

A little bit about us:
My name is Isabella, I am 26 and work in fashion at a talent agency. My roommate Lucia is 24 and works in consulting remotely from the apartment. We both enjoy trying new restaurants, going out and happy to have people over on, but don’t necessarily want to have the "party" apartment. We’d love to be friends with out new roommate but generally just looking for someone who is respectful in the space.
