It's ideal for students, travelling professionals or those with mold sensitivities.

Your room includes a desk, closet, blackout curtains and a white noise machine for sleeping in, a 43"TV for late night binging, and a yoga mat and hair dryer (no need to bring the bulky stuff). We provide a soft foam topper, but you can remove it if you sleep best on medium firm.

You'll get plenty of space in the fridge and cupboards.
Our sunny little patio has a dining area and a cozy nook for napping or reading.
A housekeeper comes twice a month.
If you're bringing extra stuff like your ski equipment or surfboard, we can store it in the garage. Just ask.

This home is quiet but fun. You’re welcome to pair your headphones to the 70” TV downstairs for big screen gaming or binging. You can borrow our set of bocce balls or our basketball. Both courts and a park are a few houses away.

This location is awesome- the freeway and a great sushi spot, various fast food outlets and Walmart and Fedex are 2 minutes away. We’re 5 minutes to a huge hiking trail network and a plaza with a large health foods grocery store, movie theater and restaurants.
