I am a very neat and clean person looking for a place in the North Hollywood/Burbank area. I moved to LA in August and have been living with family. I would like to move out as soon as possible. I am easy-going and haven't had any major issues with roommates in the past. I work at an A/V rental house from 9-6 M-F. I like to watch movies/TV, play video games on occasion, and read here and there.

I'd prefer to have a roommate that is close in age to me (21-29), is fully vaccinated, and is also easy-going. I'd like to have a roommate that is sociable, but if you prefer to be left alone, I can respect that.
