Hello I'm Hippy, I manage, renovate and live at the property. I do ALL the renovations and weekly
steam sanitizing of the house. This is SHARED LIVING & it is required that all residents participate in the daily, weekly cleaning of the house. I do love to cook and periodically cook for the entire house. I strive to make sure that everyone that lives here feels just as at home in this house as I do. I am always playing some kind of music ALL the time, and I do meditate and do yoga in the backyard on a daily basis. I have made this HOUSE my HOME and hope you feel that for yourself once you arrive.

Hippy's House is a communal home where we require a minimum stay of 30 days. No credit check or background check, but employment MUST be verified. This is SHARED LIVING.
This house offers you with all the comforts and amenities of home: Both doors have biometric locks so only residents can get in our home. I have a fully accessible kitchen, living room, dining room & washer and dryer in house, not to mention the occasional home cooked meals by ME! (Cooking is one of my love languages)
I offer a men's designated large spacious shared bunk room with 12 private pods with 2 full bath rooms as well as a newly renovated Women's only bunk room with 6 private pods located across from the women's only full bathroom with biometric locks.
This house is a work in progress, so please bear with me as I personally clean, sanitize, renovate and upgrade weekly to improve the stay or our residents. Come vibe with us and be a part of our tribe here at Sumter House where ALL are welcomed and loved and hatred is NOT tolerated!
*The HOUSE is NON-SMOKING; there are designated smoking areas outside in the front and back yard in the gazebo or in the many peaceful spots.
