I’m eager to find a potential roommate. I am currently awaiting my BA degree at the University of Toronto, and it is likely that I will start law school in September. I’m looking for a new roommate since my current roommate is moving out.

I’m a night owl who stays up until 2:30 a.m. I’m moderately clean, and although I sometimes have guests over, I will provide advance notice.

This location—Room 4410—is convenient for transportation as it is adjacent to Wellesley station. You will occupy the master bedroom with an attached private bathroom. The bedroom also has a private entrance.

The apartment amenities include a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, in-unit laundry, and a storage room. I also warmly invite you to share my air fryer and Ninja Kitchen system, which are included in this listing.

You are welcome to bring one cat or one dog into my unit, and there is a pet wash area on the first floor.

The building amenities include a co-working space, a fitness center, a billiard room, a movie room, a yoga room, and a party room. Gender-segregated sauna, steam room, and whirlpool facilities are also provided by the property management. Visitor parking is available, and bicycles can be registered at the concierge.
