3rd floor luxury penthouse with 2 beds and 2 full baths in Tri-Taylor neighborhood. The walkup unit is a ~15 minute walk to the Blue (Western) or Pink (Polk) line stations. There is in-unit laundry and a private 400 sq ft roof deck with skyline views. Quick ride to Fulton Market, Pilsen, Chinatown, and more! I have a dog, so I need someone who is dog-friendly. Lease starts 4/1/26 and ends 3/31/27. Looking for someone who is able to lease for that entire time (pending whenever you are able to move in).

Me:

I am 42 y/o gay male. I like to keep a fairly clean home. I work in-office five days a week and have a good career. During the week, I usually have a quiet night in and am making dinner at home. During the weekend, I love a mix of quiet/product weekends and some being out and about at restaurants and bars with friends.

You:

Dog friendly. Landlord requires background check and minimum 700 credit score. I'd love a roommate with a similar lifestyle, but generally looking for someone who is respectful and responsible. I have furnishings for the entire apartment. I'm leaving the extra bedroom "empty" for you and your things, however I can also furnish it if preferred/needed.
