This place is great if you are re-locating and coming to Howard County. We are a middle age couple renting a three level townhouse. And we have a nice and cozy semi-furnished bedroom with a separate office and private bathroom to sublet for the next 6 to 9 monhs.
SHARED SPACE: You will have access to the kitchen, den, laundry and outdoor deck. Wi-Fi and a parking permit also will be available.
Safe community, and a great location near Columbia, MD: Less than 5 min from I-95 and just 20 min. from Baltimore and BWI airport. Plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, including Mom;s Organic Market, Weis, Wegmans.
Rent per month: 950 plus 1/3 utilities. (If you have your own bed and furniture: $875)
Room is for SINGLE OCCUPANCY. We would consider small pets.
