We live in a three-level townhouse within a safe community in Elkridge, MD. We have two rooms available for rent. You can choose the cozy bedroom on the third floor or the larger one on the first floor. The room comes with a private bathroom.
You will have access to the kitchen, reading room, laundry and outdoor deck. Wi-Fi and a parking permit also will be available. for you.
Great location near Columbia, MD: Less than 5 min from I-95 and just 20 min. from Baltimore and BWI airport. Plenty of shops and supermarkets nearby, including Mom;s Organic Market, Weis, Wegmans.
Small bedroom: 750 plus 1/3 utilities. (add 100 if you want bed included in room)
Large bedroom 1,000 plus 1/3 utilities. (add 200 if you want bed and desk in room)
Either room is for single occupancy. 6-9 month lease available.
