You will have one roommate ( myself) in a 3 Bedroom house. Our rooms are separated by a middle guest room, so we are not right next to each other. One bathroom, big patio and backyard with fire pit and Big grill. I am a professional Musician and a Licensed Barber in Hermosa Beach. I have a studio off site, so there are no rehearsals from my Band at the house. I'm pretty quiet for a musician. Please no smokers and defiantly no drug partying. We are about 3 miles from the ocean. Full front yard, Driveway and street parking. I've known my neighbors for years and everyone of the street is super friendly and we have neighborhood cookouts on our streets from time to time.
