I am neat and clean and do not drink, smoke or do drugs. I generally keep to myself and do not have pets.
My primary source of income now is social security so I prefer to pay about the 3rd of each month,

My son is an Endoscopic Surgeon and is Chief of Staff at his hospital in Minnesota.
I anticipate having no guests. I have a credit rating in excess of 640, and I once owned rental property, so I respect the value of your property and will keep it in excellent condition.
