I'm looking for a roommate to take over a short-term lease in a massive bedroom in Prime Williamsburg. The apartment is the entire 3rd floor of a Brownstone on a gorgeous street in Southside Williamsburg. The Master bedroom can fit a King size bed as well as have room to have either a desk/couch within the bedroom. There is a massive closet and two gorgeous north-facing windows. The apartment has brand new hardwood floors and the shared living spaces are already fully furnished. The apartment is just a block away from the Hewes J/M train and less than a 10 minute walk from the Lorimer L train. The lease is a 6-month lease then would be month-to-month after the six months.
