Hello! I have been living in Astoria since the end of October 2021 and would like to make the full move here to the city. I like where I am and may have a room available later, but I am open to moving somewhere in or close to the city.

I would prefer a place near a station for quick access to transportation. I do cook simple stuff at home and will eat out as well; it’s about 60/40. I do work at home currently, but that may change in the future.
