West 10th St. 3 Bedroom Apartment with Private Outdoors

We currently have a wonderful 3-bedroom apartment on West 10th St. in the village. One of our roommates is moving in with his girlfriend at the end of our current lease, at the end of May and we're looking for someone to take over his bedroom. Our apartment is an awesome spot on the ground floor. We have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms and a very spacious open kitchen/living area. The kitchen is full sized with good appliances and a dishwasher. The best part of the apartment is our private outdoor patio that wraps around the entryway of our apartment. There's also a laundry room on our floor.

The third bedroom which is available is smaller than the other two. Because of this that roommate pays much less on rent.
